Who knew there was a pirate cuter than Orlando Bloom?

And yes, I'm talking about the little one.

On post today there was a Pirates and Princesses party for all the kids. There wasn't much for the wee one (activities were geared toward kids 2-12) but the Little Mister had fun watching all the kids and seeing all the costumes and games and craziness. And besides, isn't he adorable? Makes me look forward to Halloween. Lots of Halloweens. And costumes worn just for fun!

  2. Halloween is just about THE best holiday ever thought up. We plan and play for months before and as it turns out we end up having a lot of Christmas pictures with zombies in front of the tree.

  8. It is never too early to get your children singing songs about rum and booty. At least that's been our motto.

You both look so cute! And so happy! And you match! I try and dress the kids and myself in similar colours -- it made things easier once they became mobile and were easier to misplace.

  16. Found your blog thru Trying Our Best...looked around and got to missing Germany...it was LITTLE THINGS I saw that made me miss, too...like the hardwood floor in that distinctive herringbone pattern...the shower...the outdoor play equipment...

We were in Bamberg for about a year. Yeah, you read that right...one stinkin' year. We were supposed to be there for 3, but they moved up the return of 1ID to Ft. Riley, and we got messed up in that. The post sure did put on a lot of good things for the kids...

I think I'll be reading your blog regularly....

  17. ADORABLE!

I've actually had dreams about Johnny Depp as a pirate. I probably shouldn't elaborate here.

    Sigh.
