Haiku Friday - My Blue Ribbon Day

An autumn evening,
games and candy, crafts and fun:
smiles on every face.

It's a "county fair,"
with music, cotton candy,
and plenty of food!

And then a contest.
Some made soup, chili, or cake.
I made apple pie.

  7. Told you you'd win 1st place. And you thought I was just saying it because it's what moms are suppose to say! I'm proud of you Dragonfly. Everyone I tell wants me to make one too to see how good it is. I'll try to make it as good as you.

We are going to the orchard today, to pick apples. I promised a few pies to the ladies home for next week. Wish me luck.

Dad is making apple cider while there and then some more of his "yummy" apple jack...boys!

Hug and kiss the little mister in crazy grandma judi style...crazy and zany.

    love you lots.
