Five Things I DO NOT Appreciate Seeing When I Get Up On An Early November Morning:
- The numbers "6:23" on the clock when the Little Mister decides to wake up.
- Four small squares clinging neatly to the last roll of toilet paper in the house.
- Only two clean diapers in the drawer. (How on earth did we go through so many yesterday??! Oh well, I guess we're stuck with disposables until the laundry is done.)
- About two scoops of cat food left in the canister.
- SNOW. (shudder)
Snow? Ugg, I'm sorry. I hate snow.
ReplyDeleteCrazy daughter used all the toliet paper in the main bathroom yesterday. And she didn't change the roll. We should always look before we go huh.
Yep. We're up to early and out of everything here as well. Had to go raid the diaperbag last night for that one last pullup. Thanks for coming by my place!
ReplyDeleteOh and snow! I'm in Atlanta, I can't even imagine. The kids would be esctatic though.
ReplyDeleteHopefully the rest of your day will be better! :-) I just stopped by your blog via SJS...I just moved in July from the same base she's at.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! Snow!!
ReplyDeleteOut of diapers AND toilet paper! YIKES!!
It's good to know you have back up diapers... but what are you going to do without toilet paper? I hope the store is close by.
LOL, the snow totally had me this morning to. I mean, its cold, its REAL cold but the snow was a bit of a surprise.
ReplyDeleteThe diapers were an issue for me as well, I told S as soon as we were done with his conference this morning we were heading to the commissary. We were down to literally 3 diapers.
Stay warm.
Oh no, SNOW! I'd better get little misters snowsuit in the mail soon! You do have a beautiful view though, with or without snow.
ReplyDeleteLove you lots!
What a gorgeous view! I am a little jealous of your snow.
ReplyDeleteSo this means you have to haul through the snow to buy TP and cat food. Ugh.
ReplyDelete6:23? not really so bad... MQ always got up that early, or earlier. not that it was ever fun.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen snow in a few years. I miss it. *sniff, sniff*
ReplyDeleteSnow! I do wish we could see that, but that's because we hardly get any here.
ReplyDeleteI hope you get some rest!
My clock says 4:56 every morning when I wake up and I love the snow...but the toilet paper... now THAT is tragic way to start the morning!
ReplyDeleteOh this post just registers an all too familiar feeling of panic...I don't have to worry about the diapers anymore, but the toilet paper and the catfood...very important in this house!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment. I look forward to coming back.
It's so awful to be forced out in that snow to go to the store. It's one thing to enjoy and play in it and come back to get warm, but it's another thing entirely to have to trudge through it to run errands. Yuck.
ReplyDeleteAh yes, I remember the days of being a single mom...not easy...not easy at all. Especially when the little one is sick and you haven't a clue as to what to do!! Your pictures are really nice! Great Job! And Happy Birthday to the little guy!
ReplyDeleteOh but so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteewwww. you had me at 623.
ReplyDeleteour shower is dripping into our living room - and apparently we didn't get a home warranty... bleah.
Thanks for the post over on my blog! I wanted to go to Germany but we are ETSing this spring. Well, now I can live vicariously through you!
ReplyDeleteFour squares is better than none!
ReplyDeleteI'll trade you toilet paper for snow? =)
ReplyDeleteSnow is better than miserable rain! And hey, at least you had *some* tp :)
